If the visitor accepts optional content, YouTube videos may load automatically. If the visitor declines, YouTube remains blocked unless the visitor explicitly chooses to load an individual video. Once a video loads, YouTube or Google may receive technical information and may use storage or other technologies under their own privacy terms.

The website also links to an external Active Minds digital business card hosted on Netlify. External services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Active Minds does not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or similar advertising analytics on this website.

The website code does not currently set first-party cookies.

It uses one local-storage setting, activeMindsCookieConsent, to remember whether a visitor accepted or declined optional third-party content. The setting remains until the visitor changes the preference or clears browser storage.

Selecting “Accept” allows optional YouTube content to load. Selecting “Decline” keeps it blocked, while still allowing the visitor to load an individual video explicitly. The previous “Got It” dismissal is not treated as consent.

Visitors can reopen the consent controls at any time through “Cookie Settings” in the footer and can withdraw a previous acceptance by selecting “Decline.”
